One Day Trekking Rinjani – Senaru to Crater Rim
The One Day Senaru Trekking package is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty of Mount Rinjani but only have limited time. The trek begins from Senaru Village at 01:00 AM, or if you prefer, you can also start at 07:00 AM in the morning.
The journey from the Senaru starting point to the Senaru Crater Rim (2,641m) takes approximately 7 hours on average. Once you arrive at the crater rim, you will be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of Mount Rinjani, Segara Anak Lake, Mount Baru Jari, as well as stunning sights of Mount Agung in Bali and the famous Gili Islands – Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, and Gili Air.
After enjoying the spectacular scenery from the crater rim, the trek continues with a descent back to Senaru Village, which takes about 5 hours. Upon arrival, transportation will be ready to pick you up and transfer you to your next destination.

This One Day Senaru Trekking program is a combination of adventure and leisure. It is designed as an extreme challenge trekking program for professional hikers and those with excellent physical endurance.
Important Notes
- This trekking program is not suitable for beginner trekkers.
- Participants are required to have a good level of fitness, stamina, and strong walking ability.
- People with mountain sickness or fear of heights are not allowed to join this tour.
- The trek can depart any day, except when weather conditions do not permit.
Itinerary – One Day Senaru Trekking
Day 0 – Arrival & Briefing
- Meet Us in Senaru Village (610m): Upon arrival in Senaru, you will meet your guide for a short briefing and preparation before the trek begins.
Day 1 – One Day Senaru Trekking
- 01:00 AM – Start Trekking: Begin the hike from Senaru Village (610m) towards the Senaru Crater Rim (2641m).
- 06:00 AM – Reach Senaru Crater Rim: Arrive at the breathtaking Senaru Crater Rim viewpoint (2641m). From here you can enjoy the stunning sunrise over Mount Rinjani, Segara Anak Lake, Mount Baru Jari, Mount Agung in Bali, and the famous Gili Islands.
- 08:00 AM – Descend Back to Senaru: Begin the journey back down through the tropical forest.
- 01:00 PM – Arrive in Senaru Village: Finish the trek in Senaru where transport will be ready to take you to your next destination.

What to Bring – One Day Senaru Trekking
To ensure a safe and comfortable trek, please prepare the following personal items:
- Comfortable trekking shoes with good grip
- Small daypack (to carry personal belongings)
- Headlamp or hand torch (for early morning start at 01:00 AM)
- Warm clothing: long pants, trekking shirt, fleece/jacket
- Rain jacket or poncho (weather in the mountain is unpredictable)
- Gloves and hat/cap to protect against cold temperatures
- Personal toiletries (wet tissues, toothbrush, hand sanitizer, etc.)
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and lip balm (to protect from sun exposure)
- Personal medicine/first aid kit (if needed)
- Camera or smartphone for capturing the stunning views
